Sula has been consulting for WorkSpa since 2016 when the company was launched. She supported our leadership team, coaching them on the day-to-day running of a business and how to best support our employees and clients.
As the business grew, she went on to set up our diversity and inclusion programme, which she now heads up and delivers to our clients across the UK.
Her dedication, expertise and support have been invaluable. She has been a pleasure to work with.

Sula gave Indie Novella a clear insight into what we needed to do to take our project with the Arts Council forward and how we could both reach and gain the trust of different communties in London. With Sula's help we've been able to draft an action plan to connect with the right stakeholders and put in place a series of activities to enhance engagement.
